Went here twice for breakfast during our vacation. First time we got a breakfast plate the food was good. Second time we went through the drive-thru and got breakfast burritos and they were great. Would recommend the burritos over the breakfast plates.
Stopped by here in the way back home from port aransas and I can not say more about how DELICIOUS the breakfast was! We got a couple of breakfast tacos (which, by the way, were GINORMOUS), pancake, waffle, scrambled egg, hashbrown and a single cheese enchilada. With the exception of the hashbrown (which was one of those frozen rectangles), everything was ABSOLUTELY fabulous! Great flavor and the quantity was INSANE. My breakfast tacos probably had 2 to 3 eggs in it, plus the tortilla was soooo big and thick. Salsas were great (green in particular) was super spicy and the red one was flavorful but very mild. Food was priced right. Coffee was hot! Customer service was basically but very friendly! Food came out fast. I loved the value and flavor of the food and I'm sooo happy we stumbled across this place because it was definitely a great experience.
Honestly, if I could leave a 10 star review, I would because this place is the frickin bees knees. I haven't had good Mexican food in a long time, and this was phenomenal. Reasonably priced for such delicious food. I will be back!

Ive had their Chicken Soup twice thru their drive thru...5 A friend told me about a ribeye and eggs breakfast...he said was great. I went on a Wednesday morning @ 8 AM. One person in the place other than 4 waitresses. I was greeted and waited on immediately. Waitress was nice and friendly. I ordered the Ribeye and Eggs. 2 eggs over easy; ribeye extra, extra, extra, extra RARE; hashbrowns; refried beans black coffee and a flour tortilla. It came quickly....PERFECTO!! 5 Waitress came back several times to check on me....very friendly young lady. 5 The place is small, dated, but looked clean enough. IF you are looking for white glove fancy shmancy.....the Taqueria Guadalahara is not for you. Looking for high quality & quantity food, delivered by a friendly yet professional waitress....then DO NOT pass up Taqueria Quadalahara on Commercial St. just passed the HEB in Aransas Pass. The price to value is excellent... Need your TexMex itch scratched....Taqueria Guadalahara gets it done right.
One of my Favorites Spots so far fresh Authentic Mexican food Their Barbacoa is Soooo Good Not Greasey at all their homemade Corn Tortillas are amazing My favorite breakfast plate the pork chop over easy eggs always cooked to perfection My daughters favorite their enchiladas and rice is always on point And I'm always impressed with their Tripa Tacos The Best!! Will post more pics in future dates
This place is great. Carne asada was excellent. Should have cilantro and onions in the burritos though.
